Defense Mission Leader, Senior ManagerThe Opportunity:Leverage your knowledge of the Marine Corps mission and organization to shape, capture, manage, and oversee the delivery of services and solutions to help solve the Marine Corps’ most complex and pressing challenges. Apply your insights and understanding of the Marine Corps’ strategic direction to contribute to business strategies and plans. Form and lead high performing teams of varied capabilities, oversee program or project performance, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to deliver with excellence. Work alongside thought leaders in consulting, analytics, and digital solutions to improve Marine Corps readiness and force generation. Engage strategically with senior government and industry leaders to influence program or project directions and develop and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
