Sales Representative - Champaign, IL - Sports Medicine

Stryker seeks a Sales Representative for Sports Medicine in Champaign, Illinois. The role involves promoting sports medicine products to healthcare providers, conducting product demonstrations, managing territory sales, and serving as a subject matter expert. Field-based position with up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products to healthcare providers
- Prepare and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Train physicians and clinical staff on product usage and maintenance
- Manage territory analysis, inventory reporting, and pricing negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to establish strategic targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years outside sales experience, preferably medical or operating room related
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent five years commercial/medical field experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate automobile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Relationship-building and strategic sales closing abilities
- Product knowledge and subject matter expertise
Compensation: $50,000 base salary; eligible for commission and bonuses
