Service Manager - Fire

Responsibilities Cintasis is looking for a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team. This role includes hiring, performance management, team leadership, fostering a safe working environment, resolving customer issues, training the team on sales techniques, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The manager will also achieve sales, profit, inventory, payroll goals, manage a budget, and address operational issues that affect service. Hands‑on support includes accompaniment to customer sites, driving a company‑owned vehicle, lifting and transporting products, and performing managerial duties.
