We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the project managers, have adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include pulling permits and purchase orders, printing and marking up construction plans. Handling phone calls and customers/warranty as needed. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy and dependable. We are looking for someone to grow with in our company and with us.

Hours required each week will be 20 hours growing into full time (40hrs) after the first of the year.

Responsibilities:

Work with general contractors' business sites to pull purchase orders

Apply and pay for plumbing permits and call in/log inspections

Support project managers with new start of projects

Some accounts payable may be required

Answering phones, schedule calls for warranty and service

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Assist colleagues whenever necessary
