Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• General outpatient population with minimal neuro cases.
• Pelvic floor experience is ideal but not required.
• Current staff averages 12-15 visits per day.
