ARRT - Radiation Therapist
MLR Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in radiation therapy and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. In this role, you will administer precise radiation treatments while prioritizing the safety and comfort of our patients throughout their treatment journey.
Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans.
- Safely operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.
- Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Monitor patient responses, addressing any concerns with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on the treatment process and anticipated outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
- Active Radiation Therapist license in Illinois.
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
