Quick Facts Location: Baraboo, WI Start Date: 01/22/2027 End Date: 04/23/2027 Shift: 24-hour day shifts, combination of weekdays and weekends Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Temporary/Travel License: IMLC accepted, valid WI license preferred Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Experience: 1-2 years preferred Provider Type: MD/DO Support Staff: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Patient Volume: Approximately 120 births/year EMR: EPIC Special Procedures: Routine labor management, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, postpartum rounding, emergency gynecologic consults; no high-risk obstetrics Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $2535.00 Pay & Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a hospital setting Manage routine labor, delivery, and postpartum care Perform C-sections and vaginal deliveries Respond to emergency gynecologic and obstetric consultations Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Work scheduled 24-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays Support staff and coordinate patient care on the unit Float to other nearby sites as needed, including Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe, and Madison What You Need Current MD/DO license (IMLC accepted) BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications 1-2 years of clinical OB/GYN experience preferred Ability to perform routine labor management, C-sections, and emergency consults Willingness to work 24-hour shifts and float to multiple locations About the Assignment Join a rural community hospital providing essential OB/GYN services, primarily labor and delivery, with approximately 120 births annually.
