Responsibilities Coordinate the MEP model, reviewing MEP submittals prior to submission and providing potential solutions for MEP related RFIs. Track MEP construction progress, organize startup and commissioning documentation, and work with subcontractor and vendors to close punch list items. Assist Project Management with preconstruction MEP information management. Support and schedule the 3D model coordinator for assigned projects. Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects. Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and the commissioning agent. Process vendor startup and commissioning. Assist with organizing MEP client training. Train and provide guidance to the MEP team on MEP concepts and installation details. Supervisory Responsibilities Mentor staff, providing training on various MEP procedures and feedback on performance reviews. Qualifications Advanced experience and knowledge of the installation of MEP systems, BIM modeling, and construction management. Experience with PLCs, control systems, process instrumentation, and/or building management systems. Ability to use independent judgment and self‑starting to prioritize tasks based on relevant factors. Proficiency in reading and understanding plans, specifications, and drafting, with desirable computer skills. Ability to coordinate solutions to installation problems with design engineers and subcontractors. Personal integrity and the ability to cultivate a culture of collaboration internally and externally. Desire and ability to collaborate with design engineers and other technical personnel to create solutions to identified MEP problems. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum six years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred. Experience working with or in collaboration with a construction project manager or superintendent preferred.
