Machinist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment.
• Meet production standards and maintain product quality.
• Keep equipment logs and perform preventative maintenance.
• Start up equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Monitor component inventories and address part jams.
• Maintain a clean production environment and document Q.C. checks.
• Support upstream and downstream operations and perform rework as needed.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality system requirements.

Experience Required

• Mechanical hands-on background.
• Experience with auto mechanics, HVAC, low voltage electronics, sensors, and machining.
• High-speed manufacturing experience (preferred).

Skills & Certifications

• Mechanical ability and proper use of tools.
• Troubleshooting and set-up procedures.
• Machine blueprint reading.
• Team-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Mechanical hands-on background required.
• Relevant experience in auto mechanics, HVAC, electronics, and machining.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift after training.
• High-speed manufacturing experience is a bonus.
