Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Active and unrestricted state licensure or eligibility to practice in Illinois
• Experience delivering occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
