DRIVER!Ready to build a career with a company thats leading the foodservice industry?US Foods is one of the largest food distributors with a culture and history of promoting from within, excellent training programs and a continuous improvement focus.Main Ingredients of the Job Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery timesCarefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areasVerify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signaturesHandle collections and payments from customers when applicableProfessionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experiencePerform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspectionPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift requiredComfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) requiredSchedule: 5-6 day schedule INCLUDES WEEKENDS (Home Daily)Dispatch - until complete (12-14 hour shifts) 10-15 stops per dayRoutes will be located in Metro NY area (all 5 boroughs) Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.$320 daily guarantee + case pay!
