Beach Residential, a division of The Beach Company, is seeking an experienced Residential Marketing Coordinator to help elevate one of Charleston's premier residential real estate brands. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Residential Marketing Coordinator will own the day-to-day marketing efforts for Beach Residential, supporting our agents through high-quality print and digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, branding initiatives, listing launches, and client events. We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects, and deliver polished, professional work that reflects the high standards of our luxury real estate brand.

We're looking for a marketing professional who is creative, organized, dependable, and excited to take ownership of the marketing function for Beach Residential. This person is proactive rather than reactive, brings new ideas and best practices from previous experience, and is always looking for ways to improve processes, elevate the brand, and better support our agents.

They are collaborative, solution-oriented, and understand that exceptional marketing is an essential part of delivering an outstanding experience for both our agents and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beach Residential's social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage Meta Business Suite, monitor performance analytics, and recommend strategies to increase engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Capture photo and video content and create engaging social media posts, reels, and digital campaigns using professionally produced listing photography and video.
• Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, listing presentations, property feature sheets, agent biographies, office collateral, and branded marketing assets.
• Coordinate print advertising and collaborate with publications, printers, and vendors on ad placement and distribution.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for luxury listings from launch through closing, ensuring consistent branding and exceptional presentation.
• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns, listing announcements, agent communications, and monthly newsletters.
• Upload listings, photography, and marketing content into the MLS while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely publication.
• Support agents with customized print, digital, and social marketing that strengthens both their personal brands and Beach Residential's overall presence.
• Research emerging marketing trends, technology, and industry best practices, recommending new ideas and strategies that enhance the brokerage's marketing efforts.
• Train and support agents on marketing tools, social media platforms, and company resources.
• Prepare marketing reports and property advertising summaries for sellers upon request.
• Coordinate broker opens, open houses, client appreciation events, and other company-sponsored events.
• Manage marketing inventory including signs, lockboxes, office supplies, promotional materials, and branded collateral.
• Process basic office invoices, vendor payments, and monthly marketing expenses.
• Assist with front office responsibilities by welcoming clients, answering incoming calls, and maintaining a professional, polished office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• Two to three years of professional marketing experience required.
• Experience in residential real estate, homebuilding, interior design, architecture, hospitality, luxury retail, or another premium consumer brand strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design software.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
• Working knowledge of MLS systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
