Job Summary
The QC Inspector is responsible for performing quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. This role supports engineering and production teams by assisting with inspection activities, monitoring material quality, maintaining accurate documentation, and identifying issues requiring corrective action. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and committed to maintaining product quality and process consistency.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitor material quality during processing and communicate issues requiring adjustments or corrective actions.
• Assist engineers and production teams with quality inspections and manufacturing support activities.
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns and report findings appropriately.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, documentation, and quality reports.
• Follow established quality control procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to production quality and inspection processes.
• Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic quality documentation and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting engineering and production teams.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
