What You Will Do Data gathering, document review, and preparation of quality‑of‑earnings reports. Research and financial analysis of target companies. Due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions. Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service. Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm. Advance within the transaction advisory services group. Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community. Invest in personal professional development and participate in firm‑wide learning and development programs. Support growth and development of team members under the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy. Successful Candidates Will Have 5+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines. Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required. High motivation, initiative and positive attitude. Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities. Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; experience with complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data‑driven insights. Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, shifting‑priority environment. Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives. Effective team player with ability to work with all client personnel levels. Comfortable interacting with senior‑level client personnel, including preparing and supporting executive briefings. The pay rate range for this position is $126,000‑$182,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
