Whether you refer an experienced CDL-A driver or a new CDL graduate entering our Cadet Program, you can earn substantial bonuses as they progress through their career with WEL.
There's no limit to how many qualified drivers you can refer, so the earning potential is entirely up to you.
Referral Bonuses
Experienced CDL-A Driver Referrals
Earn up to $1,500 per qualified referral.
Your referral bonus is paid as your driver reaches key milestones:
- $500 after their 3rd dispatch
- $250 after 30 days
- $250 after 60 days
- $500 after 90 days
Total Bonus: $1,500
Cadet (Student Driver) Referrals
Earn up to $1,000 per qualified referral.
Bonuses are paid as your Cadet successfully completes training:
- $500 after completing the mentor phase
- $500 after successfully testing out
Total Bonus: $1,000
