Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Toledo, OH. If you have a passion for fixing appliances and providing top-notch customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances, ensuring our customers' homes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and repair options.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
