Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Ohio Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Current BLS/CPR certification required (AHA or ARC acceptable).
Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience. (Client requirement.)
Experience treating orthopedic and postoperative joint replacement patients, rotator cuff repair, mild neurological conditions, and geriatric patients preferred.
Ability to use common transfer equipment such as Sara Stedy and Hoyer lifts preferred.
Pewter gray scrubs required while on shift. (Client requirement.)
Must be open to non-local travel; local candidates will not be accepted for this assignment. (Client requirement.)
Certification in specialty areas (OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health) preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift Name: Days.
Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday. (No weekends or on-call responsibilities.)
Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts; typical hours approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional early 7:00 AM starts or late 6:00 PM endings when on 10-hour schedules. (Client guidance.)
Holidays: Every other holiday.
Overtime: No overtime expected.
Patient Load: For 8-hour shifts, typically 10–12 patients per day.
