Dot Foods is seeking an Accounts Receivable Customer Analyst to manage customer accounts and mitigate loss while reducing outstanding balances. You will investigate root causes, partner with customers and internal teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Key duties include collaborating with process partners to correct root causes, developing efficient work practices, and applying lean thinking to eliminate waste.
