Salary: $142,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• We partner with monitoring and SRE teams to improve alerting and early anomaly detection.
• We lead incident response during support rotations and coordinate root cause analysis.
• We build internal tools that help frontline support teams respond to failures and recurring issues.
• We drive test and deployment milestones with project and program managers.
• We mentor junior engineers and act as a technical subject matter expert.
• We lead customer engagements for technical escalations and produce clear RCA documentation.
• We influence roadmap and architecture decisions.
• We coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve standards misalignment.
• We analyze network performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• We forecast infrastructure needs using performance and capacity data.
