This full-time role involves a blend of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, helping to manage daily operations both inside and outside the office. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Spanish language skills are preferred.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to the agency owner with scheduling, correspondence, and daily planning.Assist in managing client accounts, including policy updates, document preparation, and follow-ups.Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and maintaining organized records.Coordinate meetings, events, and off-site appointments.Interact professionally with clients and team members to ensure smooth office operations.Assist the agent with personal errands as needed.RequirementsStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.Professionalism, confidentiality, and a solutions-focused attitude.Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license within 90 days of hire (company support provided).Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
