This is a full‑time position, and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Candidate must be able to obtain a New Hampshire Private Investigator license. Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth investigations in accordance with applicable State and Federal law as well as company policy Utilize a variety of investigative databases and search techniques to locate, collect and verify information Conduct reference interviews, analyze credit, confirm employment history, professional licensing, education, and perform open‑source investigations Organize and maintain logs, files, forms and reports Maintain a cooperative approach and work collaboratively with company Recruitment, Human Resources, Executive, and Operations teams Monitor and adhere to internal operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures Prepare and format well written, easily comprehensible reports Essential Skills / Competencies Bachelor's degree preferred and relevant experience is required Must be well versed in current technologies and open‑source search methodologies Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi‑task Attention to detail, tenacity and the ability to think analytically Strong organizational skills Work Environment & Physical/Mental Demands With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions.
