Anesthesiology - Locums

Clinician Type: CRNA Unit/Dept: Anesthesiology Unit Details: Inpatient | No Call | 17 OR's at medical center, 3 L&D rooms, 5 OR's at ambulatory surgery center Daily Patient Volume: Case load dependent upon what cases scheduled that day Additional Providers/Support Staff: RN, MA's, 1:1 Ratio for CRNA / Anesthesiologist | Care Team but want someone that can be independent | 1:1 Ratio under direction of Anesthesiologist EMR System(s): Epic Lic/Certs: Active CA Lic | AHA: BLS, ACLS & PALS BC/BE: BC Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 Months (13 weeks) with option to extend Shift: Mainly Monday - Friday with possible help on weekend, at most, once per month. Either 5x8s or 4x10s schedule - 11p-7:30a or 9p-7:30a. Housing/Travel: All Inclusive Pay Structure: Preset Notes: Covid Vaccination Preferred – will consider waivers Required exp : Must be comfortable with healthy peds - OB preferred but not required. It's a plus if candidates can perform full scope of anesthesia cases but not required. Need to be comfortable seeing healthy pediatric patients. No critical pediatric patients as they are handled by Pediatric Anesthesiologist, just lower acuity cases, as needed. No cardiovascular cases, Cases include orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, GI, interventional radiology, head and neck, cath lab, spines, Epidurals Preferred exp : n/a
