Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and age-appropriate support to pediatric patients in hospital settings. Ride the school bus with a medically fragile student and provide dedicated support during the afternoon ride home from school. Monitor the student’s condition and respond to care needs within the scope of your role. Follow the student’s established care plan and promptly report concerns to the appropriate clinical team. Provide reassurance and support appropriate to the child’s age and needs. Follow applicable safety procedures, infection control practices, and HIPAA guidelines. Complete required documentation and communicate relevant observations to appropriate staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience caring for children. Experience in healthcare, pediatric care, childcare, education, or a related field preferred Ability to remain alert and attentive while supporting children in hospital or transportation settings. Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional work ethic. Position Details PRN assignments based on staffing needs and availability. $13–$15 per hour for assigned shifts. Weekly pay.
