Up to $13,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered, based on experience Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) Thomasville Dialysis Center – Thomasville, NC Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full‑service healthcare management organization that has provided development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities for 35 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. HSM is known for high‑quality patient care and efficient business operations. We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Charge Nurse to join our dialysis team. Responsibilities and Physical Demands Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to unit clients. Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients. Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. Direct and supervise other team members. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the patient’s age/developmental status. Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care. Stand and bend frequently and for prolonged periods. Education Requirements and Position Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school. Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice. Must have 1 year of RN experience. Preferred: 3 months of dialysis experience. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. Successfully pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test. Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
