Program Administrator
DGS Office of External Affairs
The Policy Program Administrator leads the policy unit within the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry, overseeing the development of policies and written instructions for the agency. The role involves researching and writing policy documents, managing the policy unit's daily operations, supervising staff, facilitating collaboration with subject matter experts, and driving continuous process improvements. This position reports to executive leadership and requires expertise in policy development and government operations. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or relevant field Senior or Executive Level experience in policy development Leadership and supervisory experience Advanced written and oral communication skills Project management and policy development expertise Ability to manage competing demands in fast-paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
