The candidate must have:
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology implementations
- Minimum 3 years supporting ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow enhancements
- Requirements management experience
- Stakeholder workshop facilitation experience
- Business process documentation experience
- UAT and solution validation experience
Preferred
- Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules
- ITSM experience
- CMDB experience
- ITOM experience
- Employee Center experience
- Case Management experience
- Organizational Change Management experience
- Government sector experience
