Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership through biblical preaching, direction, and administrative guidance as the primary leadership figure at Cornerstone Church. Lead with clear direction and goal-setting, emphasizing relevance and practicality in biblical teaching. Equip and empower volunteer leaders for church growth; embody a balanced approach as both a doer and an equipper to align ministry efforts with the mission of cultivating disciple-makers. Prioritize small groups for fellowship and spiritual growth and support connect hour classes to deepen biblical understanding. Help create worship experiences that draw people closer to God, inspire spiritual growth, and foster authentic faith living. Invest in the excellence of the children’s ministry and celebrate the multi-ethnic congregation. Uphold the church’s vision, mission, and values with purpose and devotion. Qualifications Proficiency in technical tools such as Google products, Amplify, and ProPresenter to enhance communication and worship experiences. Strong leadership with the ability to lead a diverse congregation and guide a team of volunteers. Commitment to discipling individuals and empowering them to become disciple-makers.
