We are looking for an experienced, Full-Time Hair Stylist with some Management Background to help lead our team. Benefits:- Guaranteed base pay with competitive commission structure + tips + additional bonus structure for manager

- Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, chemical services, and perms.
- Manage client flow, ensuring appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.
- Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
- Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative salon culture.
- Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, and schedule preparation.
- Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.
- Weekend work required.
- Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.
- Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
