Founded in 2005, To the T Plumbing & Heating, LLC is a family-owned and operated business based in Thornton, Colorado. Established by Nate and Megan Trail, the company has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted household name, serving both residential and commercial clients across Northern Colorado.

OBJECTIVES

Accurately diagnose HVAC system issues to determine appropriate repair or maintenance actions. Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure longevity and efficiency. Respond promptly to emergency service calls, providing timely and effective solutions. Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Clearly explain system issues and solutions to clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to enhance service delivery. Work effectively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring necessary parts and supplies are available. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience: 3–5 years in an administrative or office support role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Preferred Experience: Experience within the plumbing, HVAC, or construction industries. Proficiency in office management software and tools. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, coordinate schedules, and oversee administrative staff.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment, with weights varying from 10 to 100 pounds. Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling tools and equipment, including the ability to push, pull, and demonstrate eye‑hand coordination. Mobility and Posture: Capability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach above the shoulder, crouch, and crawl. Work Environment Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures, confined spaces, elevated heights, and environments with noise or vibrations. Vision and Hearing: Adequate near and far vision, as well as hearing abilities, are important for reading blueprints, inspecting systems, and communicating effectively in noisy environments. Communication Skills: Ability to verbally communicate with team members, clients, and supervisors, ensuring clear understanding and coordination.
