Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role.
• Ability to assist students with daily classroom activities, adapting to the needs of children from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students.
• Patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to helping young learners succeed.
• Flexibility and adaptability for working in a dynamic, fast-paced school environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers by providing instructional assistance to students individually or in small groups.
• Assist with implementing lesson plans, reinforcing learning objectives, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Help supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, lunchrooms, and playgrounds.
• Aid students with special needs, adapting activities or materials as necessary to ensure access and understanding.
