The Bilingual Legal Assistant supports legal operations by coordinating client intake, managing case information, preparing documents, and facilitating clear communication with clients and legal teams in multiple languages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake and gather relevant case information.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and case-related schedules.
- Prepare and organize legal documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Complete court filing tasks and support filing requirements.
- Provide translation support as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding case-related matters.
- Track deadlines to support timely case progress.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in legal administration.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
