Physical Therapist - Day Shift - Rehabilitation

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team, providing essential rehabilitative services in both outpatient and acute settings. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and manage a caseload of patients, developing personalized therapeutic programs in collaboration with ordering physicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop and implement therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed.
• Regularly update treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Independently manage a full caseload and perform re-evaluations as needed based on insurance authorization.
• Work holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years' work experience in outpatient and acute settings with adult patients.
• Must hold a valid Hawaii State Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification from the American Red Cross is required.
