The successful candidate will be an engineering leader to oversee operations and maintenance for complex software-defined RF system installations in OCONUS/CONUS locations. Ability to travel to OCONUS locations several times throughout the year is desired for this position.THE WORK:The SEIT Lead would maintain and enhance the engineering baseline, develop testing strategies for upgrades, and oversee the change management process including chairing engineering review boards. The candidate must develop a deep technical knowledge of all aspects of the system architecture in order to identify change impacts due to obsolescence as well as guide paths to expanded capabilities for growth opportunities.
