We need someone to perform Real Estate closings and post‑closing duties. Must have knowledge of conventional loan packages Title or Mortgage experience helpful Part‑time or Full‑time Non‑smoking environment Generous compensation per closing Transportation required to meet customers for mobile signing appointments Internet Computer Printer/Scanner Work From Home between appointments Earn $85.00 to $200.00 per loan document signing appointment Professional appearance and demeanor a must High School Diploma or equivalent work experience One (1) or more years experience in sales, customer service, admin‑office, banking, loan servicing, real estate or related field Notary Public Commission will be required if you are not certified and we will help you get certified.
