Registered Dental Hygienist - Full-Time | West Houston Our established, patient-centered dental practice in West Houston is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. We are looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate clinician who values quality care and long-term patient relationships. We are a private practice and intend to keep it that way. We are an out-of-network / fee for service practice and do not accept DHMO insurance. Dr. Wallace is a general, family, and cosmetic dentist who also provides orthodontics and implants. We are located in the bustling Energy Corridor / Memorial area. We treat patients like family and we don't rush appointments. We'd love to meet you and show you what makes us different! Key Responsibilities Oral Health Instruction (OHI). Dental Prophylaxis (Prophy). Scaling and Root Planing (SCRP). Sealant placement. Fluoride treatments. Routine preventive hygiene procedures. Qualifications Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license (required). Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome. Strong communication and patient education skills. Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused. CPR certification. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation: Fairly based on experience. Paid time off (PTO). Continuing education (CE) support.
