OB Hospitalist opening in Mason City, IA - Visa EligibleLocated in Mason City, IA - Des Moines 125m; Minneapolis 140mFull-time; PermanentEmployedH1B Eligible Overview: Opportunity to join an established OB Hospitalist program with a collaborative multidisciplinary team Join 1 full-time OB Hospitalist, 1 part-time OB Hospitalist, 3 PRN OB Hospitalists, 1 OBGYN physician, 4 APPs, and 2 midwives 7 24-hour shifts per month Approximately 500-600 births annually Level II NICU staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU nurses On-site blood bank available Collaborative relationship with Maternal Fetal Medicine support for high-risk obstetric management Teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents and medical students In-house specialty support available including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, and Anesthesiology Strong collaborative and team-based practice environment--- Comp/Benefits: Base salary of $400,000 annually $150,000 bonus package Relocation assistance up to $15,000 $6,000 annual CME allowance PSLF eligible opportunity Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance beginning day one Short-term and long-term disability coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer contribution and match Optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan Professional liability and tail coverage provided--- Group/Facility Info: Regional healthcare system serving 14 counties and approximately 260,000 residents 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital Level III Trauma Center More than 300 employed providers across numerous specialties Residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology fellowship programs Extensive subspecialty support available across the system Nationally recognized Top 100 Hospital designation-- About the Area:Mason City offers an affordable, family-friendly lifestyle with a cost of living significantly below the national average.
