We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with strong IICRC alignment to oversee field mitigation projects and lead restoration teams in accordance with IICRC S500 and S700 standards . We’re looking for a hands‑on Restoration Supervisor to lead mitigation crews and run jobs from first response through dry‑out. This role is for someone who understands drying science, leads from the front, and takes ownership of job quality, team performance, and results.
