What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using scale and dispatch systems.
- Verify orders, generate tickets, and maintain detailed shipment and inventory records.
- Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and vendors.
- Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and sales teams to support efficient daily operations.
- Monitor scale activities and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, drivers, and team members.
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and office software applications.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
