Women‘s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00

A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Conroe, Texas area is seeking an experienced Women‘s Health Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, patient-centered program serving a diverse community.

What you‘ll do

• Provide comprehensive Women‘s Health care in an outpatient setting

• Manage a patient mix of:

  • ~75% prenatal and postpartum care

  • ~20% well-woman exams

• Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management

• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

What we‘re looking for

• Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP)

• 2-5 years of Women‘s Health experience preferred

• No new graduates at this time

• Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

• Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population

Practice environment

• Work alongside an established Women‘s Health team with OB/GYN physician support

• Integrated organization with APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers

• Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants

Facility Location

During the oil profits in the 1930s, for a short period of time, Conroe boasted having many millionaires living in its city, and in 1955, Elvis Presley performed at a high school football field in Conroe.
