Position Description: Sales Lead Specialist (Entry Level)Base salary + commission on homes sold and rentedLove talking to people? Be the first voice they hear on the way to their new home.Every day, people reach out to our ~100 communities by phone and online, looking for a place to live. You'll be the one who answers. Your job is to connect with every prospect quickly, get them excited, book an appointment to see the community, and follow up until they submit an application. Then you hand them off to our closers and move on to the next opportunity.This is a fast-paced, people-first role for someone who's competitive, organized, and ready to start a career in sales. Work alongside Community Managers, Regional Managers, and Sales leadership who can help you build your career.What You'll DoAnswer incoming calls and respond to digital leads quickly and with energy.Get to know each prospect's needs and set appointments for them to visit the community.Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email to keep prospects engaged and guide them to submit an application.Hand off completed applications to the closing team with clear notes so nothing gets lost.Keep every lead updated in Boom CRM with accurate activity and next steps.Re-engage leads that have gone quiet and keep the pipeline moving.Coordinate with onsite teams so appointments are confirmed and prospects get a great experience.Share ideas to make our lead process faster and more effective.How We Measure SuccessYou'll own numbers that matter: response time, follow-up completion, appointments set, appointments kept, and applications submitted.
