Law Firm Intake Specialist

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly Qualifications Attention to detail Task oriented Sales or customer service experience highly valued Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency Previous legal experience a plus Strong computer and data entry skills Responsibilities What you'll do: Be the first point of contact for prospective clients — answering calls with warmth, professionalism, and purpose. Guide conversations with potential clients to understand their situation and evaluate whether their case is a strong fit for our firm. Confidently communicate the value of our legal services and help prospective clients feel confident about taking the next step. Conduct intake surveys to gather key information and assess case suitability with empathy and attention to detail. Schedule consultations and coordinate attorney calendars, keeping everything organized and running smoothly Accurately document all client interactions in our case management software and maintain organized records Manage day-to-day office tasks, including email correspondence, document management, and data entry Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach efforts and help grow the client base Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Lulich & Attorneys
