Job Title: RN Case Management Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting License: Active Compact License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Active RN License - Acute Hospital RN Case Management experience - Critical care experience Description: Two years of experience in a hospital setting is required. Candidates must have an active Compact License at submission. BLS certification is required. Candidates must have an RN License in their state at the time of submission. The unit engages in utilization management, care coordination, and discharge planning. Staffing includes a patient ratio of 18 to 1. The environment promotes leadership qualities. Dress code is business attire. Typical procedures on the unit include revenue integrity tasks. Best personality fit includes strong leadership qualities.
