We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med-Surg Oncology Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role focuses on delivering safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with a strong interdisciplinary team

Schedule

• Full-Time | 3x12 Hour Shifts
• Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a)
• Rotating Weekends

Compensation

• Night Shift Differential: +$3/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$2/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $10,000 (Days)
  • $15,000 (Nights)
• Relocation Assistance: Case by case

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for oncology and medical-surgical patients
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• Active RN license (Florida or compact; FL required within 60 days if relocating)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred (or required within 6 months of hire)
• BSN preferred
