Eye Care Front Desk Coordinator

Eye Associate technicians are an extension of the doctors' care and are responsible for, but not limited to: Technician Responsibilities Obtaining and confirming insurance Pre‑testing: color vision, stereopsis, tonometry, auto‑refraction, lensometry, and visual field/OCT testing Assisting patients with eyeglass selection Assisting patients with contact lenses, including training new wearers Eyeglass adjustments Front Desk Responsibilities Answer multi‑line phones to direct patients to the appropriate department or handle their needs Greet patients with a warm welcome upon arrival and obtain necessary data Provide patients with appropriate forms and documentation Process payments for patients Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on the appointment need Provide patients with support and guidance as needed Benefits Competitive compensation Medical insurance Vision and dental packages 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Eye Associates
