Social Worker (Family Advocacy)

Job Title

This position involves a range of duties to prevent and treat child and spouse/intimate partner abuse.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing crisis intervention, risk and clinical assessments, case management, command consultation, and administrative tasks.
• Conducting comprehensive and complex risk assessments, clinical interviews, and psychosocial assessments of children and adults.
• Providing crisis intervention services and appropriate triage to ensure the protection and safety of victims and families.
• Developing treatment plans based on identified problems, psychosocial factors, and treatment capabilities.
• Conducting individual, family, and group outpatient therapy sessions.
• Representing and advocating for the program and families in obtaining services and support for their needs.
