Position: Sales Trainer (Onsite)

As a Training Manager, you will help drive the design, development implementation, training and facilitation of innovative, creative, high-impact learning and talent management strategies to drive employee and business performance. The primary focus is on designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and initiatives that support employees across businesses to deliver on business objectives. This team collaborates closely with the various divisions to identify skill gaps, training

requirements, and emerging learning trends.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for full-cycle recruitment, management, and development of assigned team. Includes performance management, setting priorities, and developing team members.
• Collaborates closely with business partners, learners, and stakeholders to identify learning needs across all businesses.
• Drives the design, development, delivery, and administration of various training, SOP’s, and development programs, both independently and in collaboration with business partners.
• Execute training programs focused on conversion improvement, closing techniques, and overcoming objections with an empathetic approach.
• Manage various course design projects as the subject matter expert. Collaborate with other process owners to create relevant content for internal training.
• Lead the delivery of training programs and sessions in a variety of formats. Includes in-classroom, web-based, technical materials, and blended learning environments.
• Evaluate existing training solutions and utilize improvement methodologies to enhance them.
• Write and edit audio and videos for e-learning as needed.
• Provide recommendations to make courses and instructional design more efficient and effective.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to design and implement training materials, training techniques, and
• Review course material and recommend changes, additions, or deletions to the Curriculum Designer to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements that align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of training experience.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing learning and development content.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 5+ years of experience (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training Leadership)
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based collaborative partnerships across diverse business partners.
• Fluency with data processing and management, online development tools, and platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new technology/software.
• Proactive and creative in identifying issues and new opportunities.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, coupled with adaptability and
• resourcefulness.
• Working knowledge of internet-based programs and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong project management and presentation skills. Ability to drive results.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
