About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Geneva, New York, 14456!

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting across day and night shifts, serving pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the life span to assess and interpret patient data and deliver age-appropriate care
• Handle confidential patient information with discretion while maintaining professional and courteous interactions with patients, families, and care team members
• Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative team environment through effective role modeling
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA/RQI only), and NIHSS , and complete orientation requirements within specified timeframes
• Uphold patient safety, dignity, respect, and well-being consistent with a healing environment philosophy

• Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required - must be obtained through the AHA/RQI system
• NIHSS certification required
• Basic Coronary Care certification required within 6 months of hire
• CPI certification required within 90 days of hire
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills

• Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association recommended within 2 years of hire
• TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and electronic medical record systems
