Position Summary The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting efficient warehouse and manufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate and timely movement, handling, and storage of materials. This position is responsible for loading and unloading materials, receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing products for shipment. The role also measures and cuts cable to support manufacturing requirements and utilizes ERP systems and scanning technology to accurately track and store inventory. This position regularly rotates across multiple warehouse functions includingstockroom, receiving, packaging, and shipping,to support operational priorities, maintain an organized and efficient work environment, and ensure materials are available when and where they are needed. Essential Responsibilities Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks or vans within the storage facility. Drives a standard van to assist with deliveries in a local area range. Measures and cuts cable required in manufacturing process. Assists with shipments and other responsibilities as assigned. Follows company procedures in compliance with AS9100 requirements Collaborates with other departments to control material going to and coming from outside suppliers Engages with suppliers and delivery drivers to coordinate deliveries and ensure accuracy of product Performs electronic transactions in ERP system to allocate material to production orders Strong understanding of stockroom, receiving, packaging, and shipping transactions.
