The provider MUST have an ACTIVE NC License, clean history and must be able to perform the required skills listed on in this search. The provider must have current experience with circumcisions This need is critical to ensure the unit remains open. Strong unit and provider support. RDU is closest airport and onsite call room Or local hotel options. • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes.
