Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen current relationships with Owners, GC’s and Sub’s
Increase revenue and improve profitability
Manage PM’s Estimators, Operations, and other departments

Requirements:

5+ years managing office with proven successful track-record
Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing) knowledge
Operations, Sales, and Management experience
Stable work-history
Local in LA or can easily relocate
Strong references
